Vice President, Financial Representative
Steven was on a prototypical Wall Street career path with roles at Bloomberg, Lehman Brothers, Societe Generale and institutional investment management. But in 2016, Steven experienced the ramifications of the economic downturn personally, and professionally.
At 34 years of age with 2 kids, Steven realized that he’d never enjoy personal satisfaction at the prototypical financial institution. He’d have little control over his career stability with institutions that were in business for different reasons – unconditional profit.
Steven joined Bennett Financial Group in 2016 to make a meaningful impact on people’s lives. He understood the impact of economic hardship, how it impacted his family and how devastating it was for families who lost significant retirement capital. Steven began to experience financial planning through a different paradigm and Justin Bennett had a vision: Do the right things for the right reasons for the right outcomes. Steven embraces a different approach to traditional financial planning and the outcomes are what drives him in his pursuit of enduring client relationships. Steven graduated from Gettysburg College with a B.A. in Management and earned an MBA from Fordham University with concentrations in Finance and Accounting.
Steven, his wife Meghan and their children, Liam and Brady, reside in Fair Haven, NJ.
